Prostate Biopsy

A prostate biopsy involves taking very small samples of prostate tissue to check for prostate cancer symptoms. A little gland the size of a walnut, the prostate is located next to the bladder. It encircles the urethra, the tube responsible for removing pee from the body. Semen, the fluid that transports sperm, is produced by the prostate.
